'Vital Charts' Overview (v3)
Vital Signs, Blood Glucose, Weights and BMI, Breathalyzer, COWS, CIWA, CINA are all documented from the same Main Menu locations; Medical > Vital Charts.
The Vital Charts section further breaks down into other areas where you would document other standard assessments:
Vital Charts - Where you can document all of the client's Vital Signs
Blood Glucose - Where you can document all of the client's blood glucose readings
BMI - You can document all of the client's height/weights and auto-calculate BMI
Scale Assessments - Where you can complete CIWA, CINA, & COWS assessments
Breathalyzer - Where you can document the client's breathalyzer readings
