How to Record Vital Signs (v3)

Click into the desired client's chart by clicking on their name

1. Go to the main navigation menu drop down and select Medical

2. In the medical section, click on the sub-menu location of Vitals Chart > Vital Signs

3. Click on the plus sign on the upper right corner of the screen (+) and click on 'Add Vital Signs'

4. In the modal that opens, select the fields you wish to document and enter the clients vital signs

5. Click 'Save Vitals Signs'

Note: Vital Signs can be documented from within a form or an assessment if the vital signs module has been placed in the form template. They can also be documented from the e-mar/e-mor (if it's been entered as a requirement at the time the order is entered) prior to signing off on a medication. Vitals entered in the vital signs module from within an assessment or the e-mar/e-mor will auto-populate into this Vitals Chart section.
