How to Enter Breathalyzer Values (v3)

1. Login to ZenCharts and click into the desired client's chart

2. From within the clients chart, navigate to the menu drop down and select medical

3. Click on the Vital Charts sub-menu, and select 'Breathalyzer'

4. Click on the plus sign on the upper right corner of the screen (+) and click on 'Add Breathalyzer'

5. In the modal that opens. modify the date/time as needed, and enter the client's breathalyzer value and any other notes needed

6. Click 'Save Data'
