How to Document Blood Glucose (v3)

1. Login to ZenCharts and click into the desired client's chart

2. From within the clients chart, navigate to the menu drop down and select medical

3. Click on the Vital Charts sub-menu, and select 'Blood Glucose'

4. Click on the plus sign on the upper right corner of the screen (+) and click on 'Add Blood Glucose'

5. In the modal that opens, adjust the date and time field as needed, and enter blood glucose value in the reading field. If  education was completed, select the education check box and type in additional details in the text field. If an intervention was taken, select the intervention check box and type in details in the text field

6. Click 'Save Blood Glucose'
