Workflow
The workflow in ZenCharts is straightforward but does require some knowledge of the process. Below is a flow chart explaining how these modules work together for the best possible experience.
Preparation
Start by creating your billing rules for all common billable services such as your institutional bills for levels of care and basic ancillary services. After that, your charges will route properly and you can start to add in billing rule exceptions as well.
