How to Build Treatment Plans without Wiley™

When you want to create a treatment plan from scratch without using the treatment planner, it's very easy to do. There are two common ways: a template plan that can be reused with the same objectives / interventions or a blank plan that can be molded to whatever the clinician wants, on demand.

We'll be assuming super admin users know how to create documents and are familiar with the treatment planning tool.

Template Treatment Plan Creation

The first step to building a template is the create a new document. Once that is done the process is very straightforward, simply go to Meta Data on the left sidebar, then select "Patient" and drag/drop it over into the form.

Once you've added that row you will see a drop down list, select "tx objective row" from the list and save.

That will produce your objective row.

To edit an objective, click the row then select the pencil icon on the right side of the form.

To edit an intervention, click the row then select the pencil icon on the right side of the form.

We suggest adding a few objectives to get started but you can always add more when you create the document in a chart. For example, if we had two rows in the template and we need 2 more there is quick access to adding new objective rows in the document.

That's it. It's that easy.

Note: you'll more than likely want to build the top of your treatment plan with a section for problem, related to and evidenced by as well as goal.

Blank Treatment Plan Creation

The process for a blank treatment plan is the exact same as the one outlined above, with the exception of filling in each objective row.
