How to create a custom census report

Click Reporting

Click on advanced filters

Modify the report via the options present. In this example I will change the report from all patients to only current patient.

Click Apply Filters

Then close the slider by selecting Close Advanced Filters

Now you have a choice of how to export the data. You can choose to view it within Zen, export to PDF or CSV (excel file).
