Make A Form Recurring
Login to Zen Charts
From the waiting room, click on the Main Navigation Menu
Click Other
Click System Administration
Click Form Templates
Click on the Form Template you want to stage as recurring
Click on Settings
Set the Chart Categorization to "Assessment"
Click the check box Form Is Recurring
Enter the Interval, Recurring Type, Between Start, and Between End times
Click on Locations, and select the locations this form will be active in
Click on Update the Form
This Form will now be available on a clients face sheet, under the Clinical & Medical Tab to select as a recurring assessment for this client.
