How To Enable a Disabled User's Account

Note: Only a System Administrator can execute this action

1. Navigate to the System Administration sub-menu location and select "Roles & Functions" from the drop down (Current Client's page > Main Navigation > Other > System Administration> Roles & Functions)

2. Click on the "Show Disabled Users" check box

3. This will now display a page with users that have been disabled, highlighted in red. Click on the X on the line of the user account you wish to re-enable

4. A pop- up will display asking "Are you sure you want to enable...?", click OK

That's it, you have now reactivated this user's account !
