Documenting Detox Outside of Your Facility

Inside of ZenCharts you can document when a client goes to an outside detox prior to admitting to your facility.

First go into the pending admissions section by clicking "View All" in the Pending Admissions field (upper left hand side of the waiting room/active client's page)

From here find your pending client and click on their name.

Once inside of their pre-intake page on the left hand navigation you will see "Detox", click this.

If detox is required click "yes". 

Once you have clicked yes, you will see fields open with specific questions. 

This section can be a two part section. After you have filled out all of the information you have click "submit detox information". You can go back in at a later day (after detox is completed) and fill out the remaining information if desired.
