How to Discontinue Orders (v3)

Sign into ZenCharts 

Click into the appropriate client's chart by clicking on their name

Click on the main navigation, and select  'Medical' 

Click into the 'Orders'  sub-menu section

1.  Select the check boxes next to the orders you want to discontinue

Tip: you can use the check box in the green bar to select all orders

2. Click on the 'Discontinue' button

3. Fill out the modal using the drop down for 'Ordered By' and 'Ordered Via' ( you may adjust the end date and time to a future date and time, otherwise it will default to the current date/time)

4. Click the 'Discontinue' button
