How to Sign-off PRN's in the eMAR/eMOR (v3)

Click on the client's name to enter their chart

Click on the Main Navigation and select 'Medical'

Click on 'eMAR'

Click on 'Add PRN Orders'

Click on the check boxes next to the names of the items you wish to sign off

Click 'Select PRN Orders'

You may adjust the time taken and add any additional justification notes

Click Administer/Observe

(If you are utilizing an eMOR, a modal will display for the client to sign)

You will also follow the same steps even if you are passing medications utilizing the eMAR/eMOR Dashboard (Login > Main Navigation > Medical> eMAR Dashboard)
