Telehealth for Individual Sessions

Telehealth sessions are now easier than ever to add.

In order to allow for a session to be started within any form, make sure that you have added the corresponding module to that form.

This can be done with the assistance of a 'super admin' member associated with your account, or ZenCharts can assist in getting this set up.

If you are an administrator, go to the form template settings (the form builder) > under 'meta data' on the left sidebar select 'Patient', and drag that to any area within the form.

Once that has been added to the form > select the dropdown > then select 'Telehealth session'.

You can relabel this module to 'Telehealth'.

Save the template.

At this point, if you go back into the form you will see the module displayed.

Note: The patient must have an accurate email account previously entered on their face-sheet!

Once you select 'Send invite to example@email.com and Start Telehealth Session', the link will be sent to the patient for them to securely join your meeting.

Note: You still have the ability to use screen sharing, and whiteboarding during this 1:1 Telehealth session.

Once the session is complete > end the session > and you will see the start time, end time, and user appear as part of that note.
